Oceaner Diving Okinawa

My very first deep dive, and I was lucky enough to get an incredible guide and buddy! The guide is a master photographer — the photos came out amazing. Going from panic to pure enjoyment, overcoming my fear underwater and staying calm was such an achievement. A truly rewarding Okinawa trip 💙

Finally checked off one of only two blue caves in the world! Took me a while to find Oceaner Dive. The instructor offers private pick-up — the only shop in Okinawa that does! He has 12 years of diving experience, very professional and patient. Planning to get my Open Water certification with them next time!

Booked snorkeling plus deep diving with private transfer included. Chinese-speaking Coach Hu is extremely responsible and looked after our safety the entire time. He even explained Okinawa’s history on the drive back and took photos of us with his camera — we received them the very same day.

The owner is also from Beijing — what a coincidence meeting a fellow Beijinger all the way out in Okinawa! The guides are patient and responsible; they took over 80 photos during our dive which was incredible, and even showed me clownfish and their anemone!

My first snorkeling experience ever! The instructor was very responsible and gave a detailed briefing before we got in the water. I’m not a strong swimmer, so he basically towed us along on a float board. First-time snorkelers won’t regret choosing this shop.

Superb experience! Both the instructors and the service were excellent and the kids had a blast. With Chinese-language service there was zero worry about miscommunication. Planning to go straight for the Open Water course next time.

I booked after 9pm and they reached out on WeChat within minutes. Pick-up in downtown Naha was right on time and the instructor explained everything thoroughly. Last year the wind was too strong to reach the Blue Cave — this year we finally made it!

Went in mid-May and got lucky with sunny skies every day. Having traveled to many countries, the service and experience here in Okinawa were the very best — explanations were extremely thorough. Two-to-one guiding, hotel pick-up, and both snorkeling and deep diving were top-notch.
