Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking at least 1–2 days ahead so we can arrange the best schedule for you. During peak season, please book even earlier.
❓ I can’t swim. Can I still join?
Absolutely — both snorkeling and Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) are open to non-swimmers. An instructor stays with you the whole time to keep you safe, and a life jacket is all you need for snorkeling.
❓ Do you offer pick-up & drop-off?
Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at hotels around Ishikawa-Iha, Uruma City on selected tours. Please confirm with us when you book.
❓ What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 3 or more days before your tour for a full refund; 50% of the fee applies to cancellations made 1–2 days prior; no refund for same-day cancellations. If we have to cancel because of bad weather, you receive a full refund or a free date change.
